How to create an API token in Joomla 6
Create API user account
Create a dedicated user for the API token
Users - Manage - New
Name: demo-api
Login Name: demo-api
Set a strong password and enter your email address
The API user has to be a super user because only Joomla Super Users can create API tokens
Click Save
Joomla API Token
API token has been enabled but you wont be able to see the token until you login as the API user account
Login as the API user
Login as the API user and copy the token
Users - Manage - select user
Joomla API Token - copy the token
